Russell Lynch is a full-time firefighter with the St. John’s Regional Fire Department. Growing up he spent a lot of time travelling around Newfoundland with his family and continues to share that love of exploring our beautiful province with his 2 amazing daughters.
Russ took up landscape photography 5 years ago when his youngest daughter was born and fell in love with it. Since then Russ has had pictures published with Canadian Geographic Magazine and has also worked with Newfoundland Tourism.
With his love of exploring and outdoors it wasn’t long until Russ expanded his passion for photography into the wildlife scene. With only 3 years of wildlife photography under his belt he continues to push himself further, learning everything he can to help him showcase the amazing animals of Newfoundland and Labrador. Since starting wildlife he has had images also printed in Wild Planet Magazine, Saltscapes Magazine and The Globe And Mail.
